Well, it's not that hard to get a five star team out of a second divisionist. Just make sure you sell all players of low overall, till you have 23 players left (G:2 D:7 M:7 A:7).Then make your scout level 10 and go scouting, or buy cheap player who are good for their price. (if you simulate) You might become 5th or so, but the second season you'll have a better sponsor which gives you more money. Then the cash is rolling in and you can start buying star players.
