all u really need is superior rune on restoration, i haven't played in a while, but i think it comes out to 15

then max out smiting, especially if you use retribution instead of guardian, stack the rest in prot then in healing. for vengeful build, superior in restore should work fine depending on ur armor

do the afflicted have any good drops in NM? because i have a 55 monk and an assassin farming build i made (with mobiues and not shadow form) and i need to find a good spot in NM to farm because i can't do HM, plz reply, it would be a great help

rit and sins are only for faction and u can summon minions with necro and spirits with rit
