@GeorgieZillaFan i do believe you are right, although not obvious as the footage progresses, the beginning does clearly showo a 6 legged creature with forcepslike abdominal appendages at the rear i.e an earwig and indeed the spider is not a camel spider but looks like an ordinary house spider maybe? Whatever the conclusion of the spider may be, it is not a camel spider, and i think the spider is just as you say 'cucoooning' the insect to eat later

hate to burst your bubble but that's not a "camel spider" which are not actual spiders but a type of Solifugid, and none spin webs but attack with their "mouth". yours is an actual spider of some sort, spinning a web around the small lizard, which is amazing in and of itself by it's tactic. Deserves appreciation for that and doesn't change your added storyline anyway, just the title.

@twasbrillig33 'Camel Spiders' is a nickname, as one bite from the fuckers can cause enough pain to bring a Camel to it's knees, and they may have ten legs, but they LOOK like spiders Hence the nickname's second half. BTW the Camel Spider in the video is tiny compared to those in Al Asad, Iraq(my dad saw one the size of his hand [about 5 inches long, and 9 inches leg-span] I'd use the M16 on one)
