The one appearance of Bluestreak that I remember the most was the episode when Megatron stole the Japanese ninja-she-bot or whatever. Optimus told the Autobots not to harm her, but Bluestreak drew his gun and shot the sword out of her hand when she was about to take a swipe at Optimus.

Silver silver... well,the transformation is a pain on the ass and the paint fades at touch (both problems are in the doors).

I love my Prowl figure, but I would never ever get another pain in the ass (Silverstreak).

Wow! I find it incredible its been 3 years that I've been watching your videos. Keep em coming, they always make my day.

Btw, Prime didn't form a strike team (including Bluestreak) that went to Cybertron since he was dying. They all volunteered. When Prime later did it to rescue Sparkplug, Bluestreak was not part of the team

As for the name Bluestreak, the original Diaclone figure was Blue since I remember seeing it on a picture of the original G1 line that came with each toy

You talked about how the need for human drivers was the point of the headmasters. I thought the headmasters were made so that the cars could have a little dude in them with a gun so the autobots could do drive-bys in vehicle mode. You know, get some decepticon punk telling yo mama jokes and you just have to take care of business. I don't know, that's just my take on it.

A "blue streak" is an old term of phrase that is used to describe something very fast moving, similar to "blur". So instead of saying, "The car flew like a blur down the street", you would say "the car flew like blue streak down the street". It can also be used to describe someone who speaks continuously, rapidly, and/or interminably. So you you could say, "Simon talked a blue streak. ;)

And now you know, and knowing is half the battle.

Great review! Aside from the door panels, this is a pretty neat figure. Not the best in the line, perhaps, but certainly very nice as you said. Mine is still in its packaging.  You reminded me to take him out. I'll do that in the morning. Rock on, good sir.
