I like to watch all of these weight loss shows on tv and they inspired me to lose weight. I have lost 30 pounds since February and I finally got under 200 for the first time in 4 years last Wednesday. I still have 30 more pounds to go. I am going to get there as well.

I love this show it's the only reson I watch tv I started working out and in two weeks I lost 10 pounds at this rate I should be able to lose the 10 pounds left however it is hard to los weight but as long as you go the distince you can achivet it

@Iratepianoplayer The last 10 are the hardest!!!! But I agree its a great show!!! The first time I ever watched it my life was changed and as they say in the show, I didnt just lose wt I gained my life back. I was in the obese category now I am a marathon runner. No one would ever guess that ;)
