@computerblazer very true. my rm125 has less power than my rmz250 but when im on the track my lap times are much better on the 125 just because i have more of a 2stroke ride style
@MONTGOMERYSaApBt You're not using the clutch, doing that on just Strength+Balance, but that's also a Play Bike, when u can do shit like that, that means you're way too big for the bike If was a YZ 125 (from ANY production year since 1996) Your feet wouldn't be able to touch the ground, sitting on the seat & it's a 2-Stroke...2-Stroke bike are a whole different animal...I got hurt when I tried to switch from a Yamaha YZ125 to a Yamaha YZ450F...it takes a whole different style of riding

@thexkingzzz i am 5' 7" and 180 lbs and its okay for me.. Depends on what u want to do? Ride around or more race type... Its good for riding around but if i were to race, i would get a bigger one do i am comfortable standing up.. It is awkward standing up.
can someone please help me, im might be getting a new dirtbike, im a beginner though. i know how to drive a clutch and stuff. im thinking about getitng the 2011 Yamaha TTR125le, im about 5ft 4 inches.
@flyfeind187 my ttr has been good to me. Other than the fact that kti goes through chains extremely fast, and the electric start went bad. I've fixed those things and im selling mine aswell. I bought a yz250f...scary fast
@readman010 flipping heck! you should see the abuse my (100kg) downhill champ pal and myself put these ttr125 through, we had our own mini sx circuit and get some air with the aid of landing ramps. tough little bikes these but you do need to fabricate a chain guide for the rear sprocket, stiffer fork springs and maybe shock spring.
when i wheelie on my 125 ttr yamaha i sit down and dump the clutch but i ride wheelies in 3rd gear and i tilt the bike almost straight up, im still practicing stand up wheelies, but nice trick btw =)
@bilunasx I dont know if i replied to your comment already, but it most certainly is. A basepath on a major league baseball field is 90 feet, and it really isn't that far. Trust me, this is 20 feet less than that.
hey if you like yamaha 125ttr o3 wheelies watch the next gmp out doors we got a pritty big one itall be on next week but keak out the one we have right now
hey man that was a nice vid i think i might buy a tt-r 125 for stunts and a bigger bike for riding cause the ttr125 is like the best bike for wheelies and stuff great vid tho
nope, a lot of people do though. In this video i was in second gear and just pulled up on the handlebars then found the balance point. You have to have pretty good balance to keep it going though.
yes you do it took my a while to find the balance point sitting down on the bike whiel weelieing, its pretty kick ass when you can hold a wheelie for a log distance like me, but i can only hold the wheelie untill that gear starts the max out and i have to put it down =(
@passwordguy1 learn how to shift while doing it. i got to get from 2nd to 3rd, thats about it makes sure when u shift, dont rev hard or u will flip back
i love ttrs they air out real good

am i the only one who ever had an indestructible TT-R125?
haha i swear the only thing that ever broke was part of the brake lever.
besides having a drippy carburetor from not being cleaned often that thing went forever! and i think it still is. ahah i sold it

you shouldnt really wheelie the TT-R125 as it can damage or break the frame or swing arm

These bikes are really front heavy I can barley hold a wheelie my friends xr100 is way better for stunting and it's faster I'm getting a 250xr soon
XxmonstahobgobxX 1 year ago
@XxmonstahobgobxX they;re really not thought...The front end comes up real easy. Wheelies, stoppies, it can do them both with ease.
MONTGOMERYSaApBt 1 year ago
@MONTGOMERYSaApBt I cant im 14 almost 15 and um im tall and i wiegh like 190 lbs I can wheelie my dads yz250, talk about ease...
XxmonstahobgobxX 1 year ago
@XxmonstahobgobxX xr100 is not faster than a ttr 125 rofl
