Here is the problem we have. The President has the power to set a good or bad example for us all to follow. As I said the breeding industry costs tax payer 4 billion dollars a year. The President knows this and should have said thank you for the gift but I am going to a shelter for a dog. It is not his fault that there are dogs in shelters but he has the power through example to change things. This has been an opportunity missed that will cost a great deal of money and many lives.

They should have adopted a dog. This will cost Americans over 4 billion dollars. That's how much we spend to put shelter dogs down. Don't believe the hype that this is an adoption dog. It came from a breeder. He said he would try to get a shelter dog but he didn't even try. There are plenty of hypo allergenic dogs in the pound. I guess the President is too good for a shelter dog.
