@kzinno When is Annie mentioned in the Resolution? I don't recall that..also as another poster said, I think Annie is part of his wife's middle name. He seems very private about his personal life (or at least his marriage) so he probably didn't want to use her first name :)

@kzinno Well, Andy says that alot the pro-nouns in his songs come naturaly, and because people fascinate him. (: He's used Amy, Madeline, Delaney, and many more in his songs. If he wanted to sing about something personel, he would probably be more outright about it such as, Doris Day. (Doris is the name of Andy's dog, by the way.) He also adds on that he probaly won't use anymore random pro-nouns after People And Things because, Kelly was once convinced he was cheating on her. (:

I found the same to be said about the entire album. First play through of TGP and I didn't like it because it wasn't as upbeat and pop influenced as Everything in Transit. With albums as deep as this though, it's more then just the face value that makes it great. It's the perfect blend of lyrics, musicality and in this case, it's relation to Andrew's amazing life that make this album so good.

It was so worth the 3 year wait. Some side project this turned out to be =P
