I actually prefer to play SOR3. It may have had a diff soundtrack style and weakened attacks, but to compensate you get to create a route to choose for yourself, more moves. The return of SOR1 style team vaults and over the should tosses. It also has better sprites. Axel Actually look buff like SOR1. SOR2 he had skinny legs. Other than the unnecessary sprite changes and the derailed story that is superior in BK3, SOR3 has the most to offer in the series gameplay wise.
I like streets of rage I beat 1-2 but I never got the chance to beat 3 so I will so soon this game is one of the best beat'em game I ever played they really need to bring this game back again!!!!

They ruined Streets Of Rage 3, this is so much better. The storyline doesn't have any plotholes, there's less censorship (for those that don't know, Ash is actually playable) and it isn't insanly difficult (cheap) like SOR3. Oh yeah, and they screwed up the character's colours in the English version as well.
I agree with this one haveing a better storyline, the difficulty and censorship, But theres nothing wrong with the colours on SOR3. Truthfully, I can go either way on that.
I wish Ash had dialogue or sounds or something. LOL when he cries after you beat him. He's a playable character IIRC, there's a cheat code to unlock him (JP version only?)
if you pay attention, you don't fight with ash and the hookers use some kind of coach. near the end, if you play easy mode, you won't be able to see the final in the american version, but in the japanese you can!
I like the jap version! In the english version, they censored the characters and the bosses. I hope they released this version in another sega collection.
