Your CGI daleks look so real. I think this is the best CGI Dalek I have ever seen. The BBC should get you to resconstruct this story for dvd.

i've watched this 3 or 4 times in row...and it seriously looks real. Those daleks move like theres a human inside...like they would have when the show was shot! I mean, this must've taken you ages! The post effects to give it that old video look really sell it.

This is bloomin' fantastic! It looks like real, newly found footage! As someone else has said, I did almost think it WAS lost footage! Absoultely brilliant. The time and effort put into this is superb. I'd pay to see full episode recons of this quality, but I bet they don't half take a while!

An amazing piece of work. I genuinely couldn't tell what was/wasn't CGI except for the bird's eye view of the Dalek plunger/mutant, but even that is only a very minor quibble. You should alter the Dalek production line at the end so that it includes your own CGI Daleks, the original model work is not very convincing. I have little knowledge of CGI so I'm curious to know - how convincing could you make CGI models of the Doctor, Ben, Polly and the humanoid characters?

This is outstanding. Why have I never seen this before??! Your animation and keyframing is superb - I've never seen such believable movement from a Dalek prop before.

If I had any criticism, it would be to wonder why it doesn't have the Power soundtrack! That would make it perfect.

I do have the original soundtrack, but as it has narration over it, I thought it spoilt the feel of the video, so I used the theme from another Dalek story.

I would say 'Ditto' to your own work, as I love the work you have created on your website, and your videos.

Thats right, except for the final bit, where the daleks pass through the door.

I also added some post effects to give it that old look of the 405 line tv.

Thanks. Only one section is the original clip, at the very end, when the dalek goes through the door and we see the daleks on the conveyer belt. I tried to blend my CGI footage so it looked the same as the original existing footage.
