Godlessness leads to anarchy, and eventually death of that Godless nation...no one needs to look no further than a history book and see it repeating as we are repeating Godless ways as a nation. Our godly nation in the 1800's allowed slavery.

Look at all the godly nations in the middle east. How has their piety helped them? The vast majority of Africans are religious. How has that helped them?

What despair are we in? Are you blaming the economy on our godlessness? That is an egregious misplacement of blame.

@kyleelliott90 One need look no further than a history book to see that our level of despair was much higher during the Great Depression of the 1930s. One need look no further than the 2010 census to see that the USA is 80% Christian. Atheists are less likely to be violent because they don't want to die. Little known fact: Karl Marx was AGAINST the death penalty.
