YOU DIDNOT INJECT IPL TIME MACHINE on that psptool,. you need to install that.. use 2g or 1g mmc,. dont use 4g it wont let u install it

@KILLERSCARAB or try this First power the psp completely off for at least 5 seconds. Then hold SELECT, START, TRIANGLE, and SQUARE at the same time while you start up the psp. Hold until the psp shows a blank black screen. The psp then should show the initial setup screen.
