PIZ - He is injecting heroin and once its injected he is keeping the blood that is sucked back into the needle and spirting it out and using the needle as a penpaint brush type thing - he also sucks blood out into a needle and uses that in the same way to 'paint' but he doesnt always use heroin first - hpe this is a help x doherty forever!
