Thanks, Whitegreent! :) I'm planning more vids in the near future, so keep watching! (As soon as I find my damned sony CD which came with my camera and has gone missing...ugh!)
The fact is we have domesic oil and a lot if it espically in Alaska. As far as the claims of pollution. Forign oil companies selling us oil are not subject to our stingent regulation so we have more pollution in the world with forign oil. second: The united states government crreates prohibitive regulations to prevent domestic drilling to create dependance on forign oil so they can use economics to pigeion hole the populace with their global adjend.
If you can explain what logical reason our government would have to keep us from having our own stores of oil, then that'd be lovely. Because I'll tell you as a former government employee, we don't benefit from "pigeon holing" the populace with regard to oil. And what exactly is their global agenda? I'd love to know it, and I'll bet they would too.
power, need I say more? "our government" as you say is controlled by lobbiests of corporations we may think are American but are not anymore. Said lobbiests enjoy more influence over "our government" than yours and mine measly vote.
If you really think "our government" is smart enough to make brilliant underhanded decisions like that, then you've got more faith in them than *I* do.
But you're right:lobbyists do have much more power. That's mainly because they take great pains to talk to legislators like people, & to be helpful whenever legislators need it, etc. I'm not saying they do that just because they're good people...they don't. They do it because they want something in return. I've found that most PEOPLE don't require their legislators to do a lot for their vote. They don't take a lot of time to build relationships with their elected officials. And they need to.
As long as you are selling, and making it look so good I would buy! Keep the vids coming, very creative and classy at the same time.
