Thanks for uploading your thoughts. It sparked thoughts in my mind that began to make me feel great about myself and the things I accomplished today, which were actually a lot, but I was being hard on myself for not doing everything I was hoping to do, and at the level I was hoping to do it at. Gotta keep remembering that reaching the level of our potential and ability takes practice and time. So I shouldn't get so easily frustrated, keep putting in the effort, and keep having faith.
A great post, I completely agree with facing up to the truth of our own negative behaviour or life. However, one point I would make about about working at feeling good about ourself, even when the life we are creating for ourselves is poor, or our behaviour negative, is that we often take bad decisions and behave poorly BECAUSE we feel bad about ourselves. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for this. I now know why my job feels like a dead end. It's because I found out what I want to do, and I have a bigger vision for my life. I will just keep working hard, and I know great things will come.
I don't have respect for most metalheads. I chilled with alot of them in high school and I realized that at the heart of most members of the subculture is a fascination with unrealistic fantasy and an attempt to apply to it to the real world, rather than accepting the world for what it is.
But not you. You're an intelligent mature person and this was an incredible speech.
Wow. Powerful stuff. You almost have to have proven this to yourself in order to believe this will work. Trust me I am 47 years old and stumbled across this theory and it will bring success.
Dude! Love your illustration about feeling confined in the workplace. Have had that seemingly forever, but never understood exactly why. Never content, but been sitting around staying discontented and feeling trapped. I'll try to re-channel some efforts.
fuck your're hot - you should cut your hair, shave, and get a 6pack (if you dont already have one) and just become a male model :P
and btw, metal heads tend to read alot and dwell on life and existance, hence why they're normally fairly well spoken people. its quite the international sub culture
This video is so true... There was a time I was condemning myself and took me 1 year to realize happiness is not something you can create, but you have to achieve. As you mention here, I took all that raw negative energy and start turning it into something positive and now, I am good about myself, my ongoing projects and everything around me. I just metal up myself and now the world is at my fingertips! I recommend you all to follow the advise here cause there is nothing more true than this!
