Originals are originals, but graphic to make it look scary wasn't good enough beause the prom scene, wasn't well due to the split screens, ending was alright. This version of Carrie I really like because it's more aggressive, but the down side of it, in the whole movie there is to much knowing, Carrie's powers, to me it felt to many people knew it, like the teachers. If someone decides to remake it again, they should like combine both movies to make it better and the powers a secret.

But the original made her seem aware and not aware at the same time. she even said something to her mother about them laughing at her. i don't think she said she didn't remember. I also think the pig's blood was a moment when her powers were more offensive. She wasnt really in danger but she was hurt and people were laughing at her so she used them to shut them up. My opinion at least.

This version is much closer to the book than the one from 1976. Also, Jesse Cadotte played a much more accurate "Billy Nolan" than John Travolta did. In the book Billy was a psycho and John Travolta portrayed his character like he was more of an airhead punk.
