Kudos to you for rescuing him! We have a cane that follows us everywhere, so what he did is not a surprise!! I completely share your feelings about people who can simply discard their animals....once you get a dog you've got it through better or worse. I don't understand how people can do that to a member of their family. There are many times when I like dogs more than people...but again I raise my glass to you for rescuing him!

No offense but people don't care about kids in foreign countries dying or being oppressed. They're humans, which should come first. Now I'm not saying abuse that cool dog but it's sad when I see people care more about a healthy dog, than a child in Africa dying of hunger with all sorts of ringworms and other parasites.

This Corso (very typical too) loves you so much that interrupts to eat just when you go away: he needs you and forget the food also if he was starving until few days before.

I know the Cane Corso very well: he is a true Gladiator with a big sweet heart and Puma gives evidence of this.

I see you are making a lot of important & creditworthy work for helping not lucky dogs. I am afraid a lot of them are ex fighters from the ring: a very terrible thing! I was a fighter (Savate French Boxe) in my youth but I will never accept that we socalled human beings use dogs for bloodthirsty purposes of stupid fun, Combat (& legal) sports are for men: a dog can die for protecting us because he loves us NOT for cheering the pervets.

i own a cane corso my self and i nkow the breed there is no thing as over feeding with that plate that's nothing for them this dogs are huge and for their size human people eat three times more than what we feed our cane corsos

Yay for puma!! I myself rescued a blue brindle female corso identical to puma.. Only difference is mine has a slight higher ear crop... Thank you so much for helping him to safety! They are truly amazing dogs... When I got my girl out I had to feed her the same way, then I had to be in the room and now, she eats perfect! How much are you feeding puma ? He looks very healthy! Cane Corsos are loyal by nature and that is what is so great about Corsos they will die for there masters! So glad you saved him. I hope you can keep him they are the best dogs to own. If you find him a new home you may get depression. These dogs give onwers well loving owners a companion ship like no other that is why they make great show dogs.

Thnks - that's the shelter for ya'... most of the time their paperwork on their deathrow dogs have gliches; afterall, their feeling is - the dog will be put down in a few hours, so who cares whether the paperwork is correct... so sad....

Puma has been approved to go home with an incredible Human and is now spending ThanksGiving with him! I am so Thankful someone special has noticed Puma and I'm hoping they will live happily ever after being best friends. LOVE TO EVERYONE WHO sent good thoughts and prayers to Puma. xxoo Lm
