Westport Shipyard Builds the World's Largest Yachts

Westport makes the "most" yachts, not the largest ones. Companies like Lurssen, Blohm & Voss, and Meyer-Verft in Germany make the biggest yachts. They actually build their hulls like a ship, using steel hulls assembled in modular sections. Westport and Hatteras tend to use more fiberglass, but this still results in a very strong hull, and the lighter weight saves fuel and increases range and endurance. Westport and Hatteras can build yachts just as nice and luxurious as the European ones.

Wesyport makes a great yacht in every respect. The service is second to none as well.

The 164 I think is about 40 million USD. the 112 foot boat is about 10.5 million and the beautiful 130 foot boat is about 20 million. I think but I am not exactly sure. The prices are in the ball park anyway. There are some pre- owned vessels in great shape too and I think there is a way to get in on one through a fractional program as well.
