I understand that Alien 3 and 4 arent what the second one was but look at the transformers movies doing exactly what the first one did and they sucked. I enjoyed the different directions they took for the alien movies.
I love this movie. I can understand why so many people don't like it, but I have a pretty good technique for overcoming those flaws: if it bothers you that it doesn't feel like the other Alien movies, pretend it's not an Alien movie! Just pretend it's another action/horror flick, and these flaws either become less noticable, or, if you've done it right, melt away entirely. Нема проблема.
