  • Seeing those people that you've inspired is inspiring to me. I have all the ingredients for being

a great example myself. I'm gonna get to it!

Because of your good acting and dilivery, I actually believed you when you said you're gonna have a steak and ride the bull.

Then after 2 seconds I started laughing - at you AND me.

  • Literally the survival of the fittest and the craftiest....hmmm....Another race, another lesson...Get 'em Tim !!

  • way too many people in that race. they should of broken the crowd up and did more races

  • I just noticed the "Go On A Diet Diet" ad in the background, about 2:40 into this video! Coincidental subliminal message? :)

  • Your discreption is wrong, the Empire State Building has 102 floors not 86.

  • The stairwell ends at the 86th floor, which is the observation deck. Above that point is the spire and radio tower which are not accessible.

  • i've been to New York in New York to the Empire State building i went in the elevator and it goes so fast your ears get stopped up and you have to like pop your ears LOL!

  • WHAT KIND OF DUMB FUCK OF A MEET ORGANIZER PUTS THE FIVE TIME WORLD MOUNTAIN RUNNING CHAMPION IN THE 2ND ROW?!?

Thats pretty much like telling Lagat at the Athens Olympics that he doesnt get a spot on the start line.

This is the most terribly organized race I've ever seen.

  • What place did he show in ?

  • You totally rock Tim! Great job, particularly with all the obstacles (fallen bodies -LOL) you had to overcome! I know you would have done much better.

That starting system they have for Empire State is a total joke. I bet over 90% of the participants don't like it.

Best thing was all the people that have found your website and are hearing your message!

    Keep up the great work........

    Jeff

  • I love you, Tim! That's so fantastic that you are already hearing about the people who are inspired by you!! Raw Foods RAWk!! It's great to see a new video...I was wondering how you were doing! Congrats on a great race!

    Lots of love to you,

    Wendi Dee

    XOXO

  • yay, the raw food guy is back!

i've done a few impromptu solo or two-man stair-runs since stumbling upon your videos (as well as eating raw for that matter) and i find them perfect for my conditioning days, but damn, this video was a good reminder of just what a brutal addition the huge competitive element is to the whole mix. i felt bad for marco watching this.

    keep up the good work!

  • I wish my "raw" advice was more inspiring to the ones I've spoken too. I get so frustrated, especially w/family members who are sick & dying & don't wanna hear it. grr. Keep up the good work Tim! Sara

  • Tim's an example of action speaking louder than words. To get someone to change, you need to show them good examples and focus on the positive. Instead of telling them what meat will do to them, tell(and show) them what fruit can do FOR them.

And know when to move on from people who just don't care.
