Alas, the reason this game couldn't be multiplayer is because its surreal gameplay aspects can't be mixed with multiplayer gameplay. ;-; If one goes slow-motion, the rest of the players do, even in Resistance : Fall of Man.

I wish I had a PS3 to get this, though.
