i'd suggest taking ballet for sharpening your balancing and proper posture skills...i'd suggest taking yoga for improving flexibility, breathing, and timing...perhaps, perhaps, one day incorporate these learned skills into your hip hop dancing styles..hope this helps...peace.

very good performance...some hip hop dance styles comes from martial arts, especially the brazilian kick boxing...plz. beaware that doing head spins can cause major upper and lower back problems later on. if your experiencing frequent and/or severe headaches, it means go to your doctor immediatley and check your spine, neck, and back musles.

I don't buy it. My friend and I do headspins all the time and he was injured in a car accident and he went to his chiropracter and his chiropractor said that your bones and everything will grow to compensate for the added stress and he explained how.
