It actually doesn't hurt that much, but there are quite a lot of strips to get through. The upper lip hurts the most, but it is only 2 tiny strips. So it hurts the most the first time and as long as you get waxed every 4 weeks it gets super easy by the 3rd or 4th time.

Honestly, it does hurt. But if you go to a professional waxer your experience will be much better than if you do it yourself. Each time you get waxed it's less painful because the hair is thinner. Ask your waxer if they use Berins Wax. The better the wax, the better the experience. Good luck!
