The UK is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern ireland. Therefore, NI is part of the UK but not part of Great Britain. The Isle of Man is part of Britain, largely due to it's geographical location, but is not part of the UK

Oh, and the Isle of Man and other islands of the British Isles are not part of the UK, but they are British(UK) territories.

@alexroxhissox Uh, Dara is from County Wicklow. What has northern Irish got to do with anything? As for people from the north - They can decide whether they wish to be Irish or british. It is a choice, as stipulated in the Good Friday Agreement. Although, I've no idea what that has to do with anything - given that nobody from the north is on this show.
