how do you extract the build and put it on to the root of your ipod? like do you go to my computer or something? i tried that and i see no usb port where it would say anyhting.

If you turn on the iPod with the hold switch on, then it will boot into the Apple OS :)

Turn on your iPod, and just after you've pressed a button to turn it on, slide the hold-switch to ''hold''-position :)
