This works, just wanna tell everyone that there is another hack out there called: Grandue

if you use grandue, you wont need calculator or cheat engine on DungeonDefenders.CSX

so if you wanna change your weapons or monk ranged damage use Grandue

its easier and better

This works but the thing is when you hack a monk weapon you dont know how to change the ranged dmg since you only see the physical dmg which is why you add projectiles xD

But if you just keep dropping mana do "next scan" pickup the mana and do another "next scan" after some time you'll get it.

At 3:07 is the step when you import and then Cheat engine use's the file.

I did your tutorial, and it worked perfectly the first time. Now everytime i do it it wont let me mod my new weapons. Whats the go? It seems every time I find the right address level (when you click 'next scan') - I put it down to the bottom window, i do the calculator and all that. But when I acually add the CSX file and try to configure the numbers (of weapon damage etc etc) its not changing the value in the game.

Again it worked perfectly first time... :(

Hey I found out why so many people, included myself having problems, and this works 100% when you do it this way.

1 - You dont need 'writable' to be a full coloured sqaure. It can be ticked

2 - You dont need to delete 8 'zeros' and 8 letter 'f's'

3 - You dont need to put the letter c after the 4

4 - You can mod items after level 1. I modded a level 6 item

5 - When you search 1, click 'new search' and then with level 2 click 'next search' and then level 3

6 - Tip: when about 5 search listings comes up: search for the address on the left hand side the one ending in 4c. This will be your item to mod.

Interesting. It doesn't seem to work when I try this. I noticed that I don't see the weapon's info in memory dissect based compared to the stats in game. I see the level, but see zeros for damage, hp, etc. Possibly it wasn't the weapon, but it was the only item to come up after multiple level ups.

now copy the address go into win 7 calculator click view programmer and click the hex button on the left side of the calculator.

Now paste the address by clicking edit, then click " - 10c = " copy that address and go back to cheat engine and click "memory view".

In there click "tools" then "Dissect data/structures" now you paste the address in the box on the left side of the widow...

@TheUnknownD Go into the pause menu and get the number that shows your mana, put that into the search bar in cheat engine and search then drop some mana and get that number and search that one.

Do that until you have 4 to 7 lines of numbers.

and try to change each line until the number stays the same for at least 5 sec.

PS: don't go over 15000000 it can make the game crash...

What you need to do with that file is extract it in a new folder, and then try using it.
