he flops around to much, it would be better if he would stand his ground, track the puck, learn butterfly and slides, so he would be better on wrap around without flopping, also when he dekes dont drop so quick and when you do drop just slide to keep your ground and leave no empty space, besides that good job!!!

Pretty good kid, try and stay in your butterfly more when your down, as oppose to diving across the crease. Use a powerslide to get to the puck or the post, it helps alot!

I am a year or so older. Not trying to be cocky but im ranked #1 in ontario for AA hockey and being scouted by many OHL teams. I see that you like to flop around :P which isnt bad, up to an extent. During practices do drills that you will ONLY stay up on. And skate. i mean cross overs, skating and more skating. trust me. you got pontential.

Just a pointer but when you challenge and then stop you should always stop with the foot closest to the center of the ice. So an example would be if they are coming in on your blocker side then when you challenge your glove side foot should be stopping you. That way it keeps you square to the shot. if you stop with the same foot as the side they are coming in on it gives away the far side of the net.

I feel bad for you bro....we had to do those drills for the national tournament (IM on mid-am). but in all honesty u play hasek style....just keeping it out of the net. i actually adopted to a stand up style. you onlly go down when the puck is within five feet of the crease, and my save percentage last year was .965 . trust me, it works (at a aa level by the way, and yes, im ur age)
