What I'm about to tell you isn't new but you don't seem to have been told it. East Asians have a mean IQ of 105 (the mean IQ of caucasians is 100) and they also have many pro-social traits which make them good fathers and providers. However, the problem with East Asian men -- which is only a problem in multicultural societies -- is that they are not very masculinised compared to caucasians.
