Guess you should have edited- too minutes wasted looking that car; 2: nazi and a fat woman has nothing to do; 3: Hitler does not want to own the word; 4: why that lady pick up something from your old car? She certainly gets something from there.
And: perhaps she has a better view of her car at the first places; I would do the same, if living there; just a glance and I would know the car was there and safe.
And: She lives in the rear apartment in the building - there is no view of the parking lot at all from there, so that's a moot point. Also I never claimed I wasn't a weirdo, just a slightly-less-weird weirdo than she is. LOL
Because in the UK nobody trusts each other & even next door neighbours are viewed with a certain degree of suspicion.This attitude became more pronounced over the years,as England became the knife capital of the world,all the kids carry knives & the civilised amongst us tread very carefully outdoors.If you see someone behaving suspiciously in your neighbourhood (even if it's your neighbour),you'd be very wary.We just don't have your "trust everybody" mentality.So you're right about loopies here.
The thing is... moving your car from spot 3 to spot 2 does not in any way increase the likelihood of spot 1 opening up. The availability of spot 1 is independent of where her car is parked.

if i was driving and she was driving in front of me once id get near the parking area id floor it to get in front of her and take spot 1 or the closest one and id laugh at her for not being close to spot 1
Weird, what was she doing near your car after she parked hers? It looked like she was putting something on top or stealing something. Did she know that she was probably being recorded? And I wonder if it was her voice that can be heard at 5:05?
