sorry for the delay...I've been in and out of town. I made some of these icons (I put together the wallpaper) and also used some of the 3rd party icons. I then put them all in this one theme. As far as the slider, etc...I just resized a few graphics and placed them in the proper directory (email me if you need info on that). Lots of trial and error to get everything set...
