On this song, you get to hear his AMAZING vocal skills without all the distracting production aspects that he has on the upcoming album ("For Your Entertainment"). I'm a fan either way... I despise David Cook, his talent is miniscule compared to Lambert's. And I don't mean that kind of grit, as in voice, I love Lamberts voice how it is. I'll tell you what it is that's getting to me, he's got a voice on level par with incredible artists like skin from skunk anansie and Jeff Buckley. but they had a drive, a soulfulness about how they sang that really conveyed emotion. I'm just not getting that from this somewhat soulless music :(
