ok so this is my call on it.Simon goes directly to Paula on entering the room and gives her a lingering kiss.I don't think he's talking to the make-up lady when he says 'darling'at all,his attention is focused on Paula.He then turned to the make-up lady and said 'Hi sweetheart'in reply to her 'good morning'and he didn't kiss her it's like he just offered his cheek for her to kiss to try and cover for the fact that he was kissing Paula for so long!!!
