It has been statistically proven that allowing students with his situation attend college means an economic revenue of approximately 7.4 billion dollars to the state of MA within 4 years. Clearly, this would HELP the state in an economical way and in the sense that Mass would be MORE educated. It is also a fact that AT LEAST 75% of undocumented immigrants DO INDEED pay taxes trough an ITN number. They contribute to the economy and don't get tax money back as citizens due. EDUCATION!!!

People need to understand that children are being punished for a crime they did not commit. Dreams are crushed every year because they can't pay the ridiculous out of state rates and can't use scholarships.
