You are all right really. Beyond was really HK's last real rock band. There really aren't any left now. Just like how LMF was HK's last real hip hop group (though they did have rock and metal influences). HK needs another generation of independent musicians.

I completely agree, the standards in HK now are so low that I coping by listening to primarily Korean music for my Asian music desires. Really sucks how not many HK singers actually have skill. I mean of course Eason and a few other artists are still decent, but we need more than 1 or 2 diamonds in a pit full of dirty rocks. HK really needs to step up their entertainment enterprise. Music, Choreography, Acting, a lot of shit..
