I use that and out of all the farming strategies, that works best. What you do is kill level 11 Sand Crawlers. The thing is they die in one shot, respawn instantly, and drop 3 materials needed by cooks. One of the drops, Crawler Meat, goes for 50g per stack on my server. You can get 20 meat in about 2 minutes of killing.

Best strategy ever. Got my epic flyer (5000g) in 4 days by farming there.

OMG I ahve always done crappy dailies every day, like shadow vualt and stuff. But I decided to look up wow farming spots on youtube, and came up with a bunch of stuff! In an hour I can make about 800-1000G! My alts are pimped! I don't know why I hadn't thought of looking this up sooner! I'm mad at my self now! LOL TYTYTYTYTYTY

On my ret pally i normally use my flyer and use Exorcism to force them down on the ground - Exorcism, in particular, because it will always crit on these mobs - Because i just specced retri, i'm kind of in full tanking gear. I Exorcism one, (or i pull more, if they're on a row) i drop down from my flyer - Not any fall damage that a Art of war can't heal - use maximum nuke - including holy wrath - and i mount up as fast as possible and do the same. I manage to kill around 80 per 30 min.

dude just got there this place is a total kick ass for a mage you can spell steal a buff that inreaces ur critical dmg dealt by 50% and your spell critical strike chance by 25% my fbb crits for 14 k in there one shotting evryone!

once you hit 77 or something, i think you need one to do quests in icecrown and storm peaks.

You can get a rental flyer for free from K3 in the Storm Peaks.

ZooYork, if you still don't have your flying mount, there is a person outside of K3 (right next to the flight path) who will give you a Loaned Wind Rider for free, forever. You can ride him in Icecrown, Storm Peaks, and Scholozar Basin.

I never farmed here long enough to get an accurate number, but it looks to be a decent amount. The best part is the gauranteed gray drops.
