If you are talking about the one steviet made with the RE5 demo, then yes, I've seen it several times, and enjoyed it. I guess you could say it "receives my blessings."
I got all 242 stars yesterday. And believe it or not, I did the perfect run on my 61st try. And since i beat the game, I did the perfect run for the heck of it again and i did it incredibly easy on my first try. PS: The total amount of deaths I had after playing the game is 780.

You can play as Luigi in any and all levels after you successfully complete the game once. Also, after you get all 120 stars and then beat the game again, there's extra end game footage, and extra stuff to do (A.K.A. extra stars to get - I assume that it's 120 extra stars because I've only gotten up to 145 so far, and have more to get).
Also, you missed some cool power-ups.

I think what happened is is that they recelebrated the star festivale because bowser screwed up the first one also there is total of 242 stars. A galaxy called the grandmaster galaxy is unlocked after you get 240 stars and unlike grandfinale galaxy this one is friggin HARD.
i played this game at my friends house and it was pretty good id compare it to well a mario game fun for hours but some levels get on my nerve i liked being player 2 so i could pick up the stars and sometimes even kill people so pretty much what you said storm

...you forgot to mention the "Green Stars", technically, the whole game has 120 Stars (Normal) but adding the Green Stars, there's actually 240 Stars (there's two extra green stars per level I think once you've finished the game).
i think this is way better than the original in every way, don't you agree? if they make an SMG3, they are going to have to do A LOT with it, considering how much SMG2 expanded from SMG1

@StormDainProductions You get a Copyright, but it can't be defended in a court of law because there's no proof of when you made it. Copyright application fees are like $50+ and will last your lifetime+50 years, after which it must be renewed or else become public domain.
@StormDainProductions However, because it's made using pre-made riffs, you're in a gray area and will have to see what the company that made Sessions (and the pre-made riffs) says about Copyright and songs that are made using pre-made riffs.
For example, on XNA, there are pre-made games (Starter kits if you will) that can be modified and sold on XBLIG, but most likely only because Microsoft allows it on their service. I doubt you could sell modified starter kits on Steam or anything.

@SurgicalZeal good, because i didn't find very many levels in SMG1 to be much of a challenge at all, excluding the prankster comets of the later levels (by later, i mean the levels you access in the bedroom, and all the hubs unlocked after that)
Well then you're in for a joyride of a lifetime then... I swear some of the latter course's & a good majority of the Green Star locations will have you pissing blood using stock after stock tiring to get off a damn near impossible Jump or in-game physics abuse situations (Often both) just to get at a star you can see but is perched ever so tauntingly out of reach...
One of the hidden Boss's is damn hard as hell also...

Yup... There are exactly 50 levels in the game... The last one is unlocked once you get all 120 (Gold, I don't know if any Bronze stars will do) and 120 (Green) stars...
And after you collect the final two Rosalina joins your ship... Despite having a perfectly good one of her own... (I guess she just can't resist a man with a lot of green...)

You actually bring up something of a good point... I know she was never in any of the "Super" Mario games and therefor could probably be written off as a strictly "secondary character" of sorts...
But... Where the hell is the love for Daisy?... She's been around nearly as long as Peach and yet too this day just like Wario she has not made one single appearance in what could be considered cannon plot... (Wario on the other hand took on a life of his own)

Yeah I'm pretty much in 100% agreement. Galaxy 2 is absolutely AMAZING, but I really wish they had a bit of awesome plotline. Like Galaxy 1, where even if it made no sense at the end, at least it tried.

Rosalina in cannon plot is immortal, so whatever age she was when she well... Stopped aging is kinda irrelevant when we all know she could be hundreds or even thousands of years older than Peach...

That is winging it... But you bring up a vary good point in the story on two separate accounts that both should be addressed but probably never will outside of fan speculation...
Whenever captured Bowser always treats Peach with the best of care, So on one hand we could assume he has alternative motives for wanting her there...
But Super Mario Sunshine already addressed this one in it's ending...
Bowser in his conversation with Jr. confirmed that Peach was not his Mother, And if Bowser's own "Pick of the litter" so to speak didn't come from her, it's also HIGHLY LIKELY that none of the other Kids did as well... (Though not a impossibility)
Though as I said Bowser really does treat Peach perhaps a little TOO WELL each time she is captured, and she never seems to do much to stop him from taking her away... (So don't rule them out as an item)
But regardless of her actual age (And the high probability that she's a long lost great aunt of Princess Peach's) she still looks like a 16-17 year old girl... And even that is kinda stretching it...
Also while her voice was unique in a almost alien like way in the first SMG game, It just had me busting up laughing throughout the ending of SMG2... My first thoughts where... "Um... OK... Did we rescue her on her ALONE time"

The first game made me cry..... >> Fucking Luma. Had to leave. Accompanied with that ending music while t5hey all get sucked into the void and the universe restarts. It made me die. ><

...you forgot to mention the "Green Stars", technically, the whole game has 120 Stars (Normal) but adding the Green Stars, there's actually 240 Stars (there's two extra green stars per level I think once you've finished the game).

i think this is way better than the original in every way, don't you agree? if they make an SMG3, they are going to have to do A LOT with it, considering how much SMG2 expanded from SMG1

@Jex64 No that was his Wii Zapper theme, he said in his Guitar Hero 5 review he made his intro with pre-made guitar riffs so it shouldn't be copyrighted.

No, I went with that "Play Hard" song only because that was the intro Destructoid gave me. I come back to this one because I own this song. I made it with a sound software package called "Session". I wonder if I get a copyright.

@StormDainProductions You get a Copyright, but it can't be defended in a court of law because there's no proof of when you made it. Copyright application fees are like $50+ and will last your lifetime+50 years, after which it must be renewed or else become public domain.

@StormDainProductions However, because it's made using pre-made riffs, you're in a gray area and will have to see what the company that made Sessions (and the pre-made riffs) says about Copyright and songs that are made using pre-made riffs.
For example, on XNA, there are pre-made games (Starter kits if you will) that can be modified and sold on XBLIG, but most likely only because Microsoft allows it on their service. I doubt you could sell modified starter kits on Steam or anything.

Less stars per level. So you have to have more levels to meet 120 stars. Simple division.

@SurgicalZeal good, because i didn't find very many levels in SMG1 to be much of a challenge at all, excluding the prankster comets of the later levels (by later, i mean the levels you access in the bedroom, and all the hubs unlocked after that)

Well then you're in for a joyride of a lifetime then... I swear some of the latter course's & a good majority of the Green Star locations will have you pissing blood using stock after stock tiring to get off a damn near impossible Jump or in-game physics abuse situations (Often both) just to get at a star you can see but is perched ever so tauntingly out of reach...
One of the hidden Boss's is damn hard as hell also...

Yup... There are exactly 50 levels in the game... The last one is unlocked once you get all 120 (Gold, I don't know if any Bronze stars will do) and 120 (Green) stars...
And after you collect the final two Rosalina joins your ship... Despite having a perfectly good one of her own... (I guess she just can't resist a man with a lot of green...)

You actually bring up something of a good point... I know she was never in any of the "Super" Mario games and therefor could probably be written off as a strictly "secondary character" of sorts...
But... Where the hell is the love for Daisy?... She's been around nearly as long as Peach and yet too this day just like Wario she has not made one single appearance in what could be considered cannon plot... (Wario on the other hand took on a life of his own)

Good point & vary well said... I didn't mean to come off that way but rather I was trying to express my dismay that another prominent role character would end up developing before a long time legacy one would get her due's... (If any)
And in this case Rosalina has basically all but assured Daisy will vary likely never get a solitary second in a major Super Mario game... (Not unless they decide to do a modern 3D tribute to Super Mario Land on the 3DS or something...)

@HolyDemonSnap Nah those things never do any good, besides it's not THAT BIG of an issue for me really.
Daisy has really done quite well as Peach's BFF & constant rival in all of the competition & party games anyway.
But the thing is Rosalina is even starting to shove her off of that foothold as well. (Mario Kart Wii)
Though Rosalina is less of a rival of Peach's then she is a standalone power in the Mushroom Universe. (That said she's in a way almost a new icon that Peach needs to keep up with)

Yeah I'm pretty much in 100% agreement. Galaxy 2 is absolutely AMAZING, but I really wish they had a bit of awesome plotline. Like Galaxy 1, where even if it made no sense at the end, at least it tried.

You also gotta love the way she look, the emo haircut is awesome and the blue is perfect. Pink and blonde is overused by girls in games. Rosalina is better than Peach.

I know I'm not the one you want to hear from but I do have a little to say on this subject.
Princess Peach was the one to start that trend... You can't say that as a negative against her when she's the one who's so popular everyone else was copying her.
Also while I would argue with storms view that Rosalina looked too young in the first Galaxy. (Though she was pushing it)
She's defiantly too young looking in SMG2. (And talks like she's having an orgasm every five seconds) @_@,

Yeah but my point is how exactly is that Peach's fault?... Everyone in the Mario universe is supposed to be timeless anyway, so any physical change that's too noticeable would only serve to hurt Peach's character as a whole... (Just like Mario or anyone else)
Rosalina in cannon plot is immortal, so whatever age she was when she well... Stopped aging is kinda irrelevant when we all know she could be hundreds or even thousands of years older than Peach...

Whenever captured Bowser always treats Peach with the best of care, So on one hand we could assume he has alternative motives for wanting her there...
But Super Mario Sunshine already addressed this one in it's ending...

Bowser in his conversation with Jr. confirmed that Peach was not his Mother, And if Bowser's own "Pick of the litter" so to speak didn't come from her, it's also HIGHLY LIKELY that none of the other Kids did as well... (Though not a impossibility)
Though as I said Bowser really does treat Peach perhaps a little TOO WELL each time she is captured, and she never seems to do much to stop him from taking her away... (So don't rule them out as an item)

But regardless of her actual age (And the high probability that she's a long lost great aunt of Princess Peach's) she still looks like a 16-17 year old girl... And even that is kinda stretching it...
Also while her voice was unique in a almost alien like way in the first SMG game, It just had me busting up laughing throughout the ending of SMG2... My first thoughts where... "Um... OK... Did we rescue her on her ALONE time"

In those regards I'm completely with you, she beats Peach hands down... But from physical design alone she does look under aged, which tends to off put her character just a bit... (Because of how mature she is mentally)
