Yes, very unhealthy for both the occupiers and the occupied. But it is not a symmetrical conflict: the Israelis are the perpetrators of the occupation and they are armed to the teeth; the Palestinians are resisting the occupation with rocks. It is helpful to see that some of the Israeli soldiers appear conflicted about the occupation, or perhaps just on best behavior in front of the cameras.
