Bravo! In my view Emma was more than a mere feminist by our standards today. Granted, elevating women to an equal status in her day meant being a feminine advocate, but her goal was to illuminate and agitate to improve the Human Condition in general. Being a woman, she was clearly marginalized by history. It's a great thing to bring her story to the public.
Personally, I'd love to see a play about Albert and Lucy Parsons during the trial and on death row. Love, passion, race, politics, death and history all wrapped up in one story! Wow!
