Do you seriously believe this is 100% proof? It is a double exposure. I am sure if you run this with the right commands in Photoshop you can see for yourself.
The child appears to be wearing formula 1 race gear. Perhaps this was how he died? Perhaps he put on the racer costume and stole a car? Perhaps this explains his bemused, vaguely exhilarated expression? Perhaps he was an alcoholic? Perhaps he was trying to drive the camera?
This is a bad/double exposure or a print mishap. I'm from Canon City and have been working with this sort of things for awhile now. I'm sure a closer look at the originals by a professional would render the same opinion.
There is also some ghost furniture in the shot! How did that little ghost get that ghost dresser into the graveyard!?

You can also see some interior decorating above the kids left shoulder. Who debunked this photo? No one with credentials I'm sure.

the child is on the inside of the window. the other two people are the photographer and somone beside him. these are their reflections in the glass.
