@bad60rmc reason for modification, those are great quads to start with. but if you intend on doing any hard core mud trails a stock canam wouldn't get more than a foot on the trail. the modifications do serve a purpose unlike the mods done to the cars by most people.

high/low gear automatic with cyntrifical clutch. (belt driven) clutch kit allows you to tune for better belt grip, higher rpm before it engauges and also higher speeds in low gear. my bike no longer has this clutch, it now has a CV Tech clutch and airdam secondary. Clutch engauges at 2100rpm's now and runs 50mph in low gear. I will be making a new video soon, currently building 13-1 compression 840cc with stage 2 cams.

I have an 07 renegade 800 and I tell u, that quad is a beast. The radiator relocation does help but if u do heavy muddin it's still not full proof, ur radiator still gets mudded up. The best investments are wheels and snorkel. Still that's a nice renegade and the wheel base extension is a good idea if u climb a lot
