Great tune....saw him in the early 80's in South FL. PBJC...then saw him in Savannah on River St 1985. Sang along with some of the songs that I remembered. He bought lots of drinks for me and my Navy buddies that night

Saw him around 1985 in Auburn. He was opening for the Hoodoo Gurus I think.

His slide guitar really made an impression.

Oh, you guys aren't alone, trust me. I'm a big Charlie fan going all the way back to Live at the Button (I have a rough CD copy of it, I'd love to have the vinyl). I picked up the Bar Band Americanus CD that came out last year, it's a good collection of Charlie's stuff (includes some of the Button tracks). Check it out if you haven't already.
