There are those who believe that such things as fossils are tests of faith we must overcome in order that we might enter paradise. What if seeing through the words of holy writ is the test? What if the Hindu's have a piece of the truth and the faithful are sent back to try life again while those like Carl Sagan ascend? mattsladey111 -You're excactly right. Back when nobody could prove anything gods were roaming the planet in all shapes and forms but now that we have a wealth of scientific knowledge god seems to have become rather shy and refuses to show himself/itself.

From a loving all caring standpoint there would be no better time than now to reveal himself.If he did then we would have no option but to believe.Until then I feel at one with this universe without the need of an afterlife or a threat of Hell
