All they ever wanted to do to me was shove pills down my throat, i did a program similar to this guys probably and it helped a lot. As i said before if it works who cares, science is not all its cracked up to be, they are continually changing it as it should be, science is updated information, nothing more. Just because one method works it does not mean others do not, perhaps we should go back to shock therapy, they thought that was the best approach at one time.
No one noticed that the Phd that ratted on this guys also sells a program online under "anxiety coach." That's nuts. Talk about self-serving.
