Make sure to get some stiff motor mounts/inserts and that the bolts are all secure. Also take up the slack in the drivetrain if any while staging. If you launch and slip the clutch at around 5500rpm or so you can easily nail 1.6x/1.7x 60's and be well on your way for the rest of your run. Listen to those words if you rather not destroy your transmission. I had my front motor mount bolt back out on me, and wheel-hop destroyed my center diff in no time.
I was just wondering what you think would be a good start on making this car a lot faster...i dont know too many details about these cars but i figured its a good starting setup.
id appreciate the help, thanks

ps. i tried writing you a message but it wouldnt let me!

i know you wernt asking me for help but my friend has one but you should keep those injectors and you should by some eagle rods with wiesco pistons and by a garret gt28r turbo also a front mount intercooler and a nice bov of your choice..and do really good tuning to your car and with those mods you should atleast be 400+hp and run 12's at the track if your a gsx
oh and please dont forget a standalone computer..i reccomend a Aem standalone or a microtech but an eprom ecu would work fine 2. the main thing is tuning though
dont listen to anyone with "civic" in the title. you dont need to spend a grand on an aem standalon. just get a dsmchip from jeff o OR get dsmlink. a civic owner would say get a nice bov and a front mount.
you need a few gauges: boost, WIDEBAND a/f, oil pressure.
palm logger
fmic & piping
exhaust, k&n filter. dont piss away money on just because of a name like injen or aem
1g bov.
act2600is good but you should start saving for a tranny or start deriving like an adult
yeah... i agree with the tranny... the money freind has spent on transmissions he could have saved in the long run and just bought a shep tranny. gotta have that clutch or better to withstand the awd launching abuse... get a high flow fuel pump too... and a boost controller. when getting the exaust dont forget to get a fat downpipe too.
