Sorry, I would help you if I could, but I didn't use sheet music for this song, I learned it by ear. I don't really know of any good sites for downloading sheet music. This version of the song is fairly simple though, so try listening to it critically and see what you can do :) and don't be afraid to add your own style, that's what cover music is all about.
