I modified such Stretch Armstrong dolls into inflatables by removing the gel and installing a bike valve in his neck with a tiny head hole for a ball pump nozzle.

It's great how well you see the muscle details etc. of his body when the slowly hardening syrup gel has been removed. Important is never to overinflate him, because his latex is extremely vulnerable and permanently looses its shape.
