@INFORISISY It doesn't matter what GPU you have because I own the XFX RADEON HD 4850 1024MB GDDR3 graphics card and is stutters how what this video demonstrated. There are many factors that causes stuttering and that's why there has yet to be a cure.
@INFORISISY You don't understand. Lag and micro stuttering are two different things. You are referring to as if his 9400GT isn't powerful enough to render the clouds... in that case it will cause lag. BUT his frames are running at a really constant speed and still you can see it "skipping" often. Now that is micro stuttering. I believe it has something to do with the communication between the CPU and GPU, who knows. Hard drive, even perhaps.
@INFORISISY Well I was just saying what I know so far, but any suggestions are welcome. There are no right or wrong answers about what causes stuttering since anything can cause it.
I have an amd phenom ii x4 955 @ 4.0ghz and mine only does that when i lower my voltage to get lower temps, if your cpu cooler gives you the headroom then increase the voltage a bit to see if its that
Try to use V-Sync in all your games (if there's no option ingame, force it via the nvidia control panel or use a program like nHancer), and get D3DOverider to force triple buffering in DirectX games. This solved the framedrops and microstuttering for me.
Also, some games just don't work well with SLI/Crossfire, not much you can do about that, apart from disabling SLI/Crossfire.
yeah it blows mine happens in all of my games and sometimes it doesnt happen and i get 30 fps locked and then the stutter comes back or my computer shutts off completely and wont start up again.=[=[ it suxks.
yeah it happens from dual gpu motherboard as in crossfire or sli. but on my pc i have bad cooling and i think thats the problem because sometimes my games run perfect like they should be running but then in about ten seconds or a minute the hole pc just shutts off. so idk.
I will tell you right now to look at my video and compare. Then look at your processor, if it is slower than 3.0 ghz, you will continue to have this problem. You also need to get better card like GTX 285 with 702 mhz core clock speed or better. Plus you need to change that motherboard to something newer. P6T Asus is pretty cheap and its an i7 X58 board. Thats all for now. Subscribe to me and look at my video of my rig to get an idea.
im sorry I can't fix your problem im not a 100% computer nerd but may I just ask where you got this LOT from I have been looking for a 767 LOT for fsx forever!
the latest nvidia software has the fix u need , u see ur gpu is designed for dirext x 10 (assuming u have xp u are currently running with dirext x 9) i'm guessing the new software will emulate the requirements for your graphics card , good luck
well im using windows vista 64 bit and before i did have 32 bit but it was the same problem.and what is the software i mean i have all the drivers for my pc.
trust me bro its not ive been playing every game on this pc and they all play the same. even flight sim 2004 witch is an old game i looked up forums on how to fix this but nothing helped. not even the ifps clamp. sometimes for some reason the game works perfectly the way its supposed too. i get like 50 or higher fps and then it just shutts down like a fucking piece of shit that my computer is.
YOR PROBLEM IS YOUR GPUS THEY HAVE A BAD SLI SCALING THATS YOUR PROBLEM lolcaps sorry xd

If you think that's lag, have you seen the lag I get?

still bettter than my 5 year old pc

I think i found the problem
The Issue lies within your video Card
If it's weak and it has Less than 512 mb of VRAM
It will Stutter on High Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic Settings
Also, if you use REX, do NOT use clouds Larger than 512x512

@vangstaz Well, in this situation, The GPU is a likely candidate,
Do you see the amount of clouds are rendered in his video?
3-D Clouds take a Tremendous amount of Horsepower to Create.
Clouds are monsters.
