Psilocybin does not "react" within the body. It metabolizes into psilocin and binds to serotonin receptors in the brain. It's not like a reaction caused by other poisons.

I did not use a glove box either!!! I mainly fabricated a few items from around the house but i spent a little over 60$. I used good ingredients.... and i did not use a pressure cooker either.
