They are different types of cars to be honest, the higher powered but heavy 3000gt (gto) will always be strong in a straight line especially from a rolling start, but by comparison the integra has great handling and brakes.

I like all types of cars but have to admit I like the muscle vs import stuff (I know these are both imports). But one thing I can definitely say is that most import drivers can't fucking drive. Shift the fucking gear. Not hard. instead of trying to power shift and be cool, take an extra hundredth of a second and actually complete a shift. Oh, an try to do it BEFORE you hit the rev limiter.

@DOHCEJ22E1 Weight loss is cake, lots of 2800lb VR-4's around (more ideally 3100) putting out big power. If weight is still the biggest concern, look into the platform more please. Their on par with every car in their class, mod for mod they are one of the better three. Cars put out nasty power and are reliable given the owner does basic maintenance. Most of these cars that break are due to owner negligence, seriously.

I know about weight loss & such but if that's the case then I'll choose a smaller car. We had a white VR4 3KGT & that thing was a super beast on the freeway. The cars weight almost 4000lbs. The amount of work to lose weight would be costly, especially considering that all of the weight is from the hardware & electronics in the car (our car had 4 wheel steering). The timing belt job was a bit of a bitch on it but it fired right up first key turn. It's VERY HARD to break these cars.

Honda has no model within the same price category as the 3000GT: the S2k is cheaper and the NSX on the other hand was much more expensive. Of course a MUCH more cheaper Integra is no match, but the other mentioned two will rival/surpass it without much effort on the track.

I like all of these cars a lot btw., but don't compare an almost stock/barely tuned Integra of half the price to a 3000GT, that's ridiculous xD
