131,300 pounds of ground beef. How many animals died to get that much ground beef? They were farmed animals, living their lives out in cramped conditions, eating old nasty hay, which is called cow quality, a hay that farmers won't feed to their horses. Shipped of to slaughter houses, slaughtered, butchered, then sold containing ecoli, a lot of animals died for nothing. Shameful, shameful, shameful!!!
I just heard this over the radio....I tell you what,..this is almost becoming a daily event. This mass produced food is just not handled properly for consumption it seems ,....where quantity is more important than quality.....bottom line is profits rather than safety
What is going on!? Maybe people just are not cooking their food to high enough temperatures to kill the e-coli. Some people like their meat rare...which I think is dumb and just asking for it
